  • Provide a lease agreement that covers your property well, collect and account for rents, and confront tenants to enforce the terms of the lease.
  • Perform complete accounting for your property, to ensure a maximum return on your investment and optimum tax benefit.

Our Services

Choice #1: Continuous Management Service. We are there for you every step of the way. We will:

  • Assess current market value, and advertise your property
  • Conduct showings (evening and weekends by appointment)
  • Accept and process applications
  • Draft and execute leasing documents with approved tenant(s)
  • Collect the monthly rent, pass on late fees to you, and provide you monthly statements
  • Supervise the tenancy, initiate maintenance and repairs, and respond to issues in a timely manner
  • Handle the entire move-out and Deposit Disposition
  • Maintain your investment

Choice #2: Find Tenant Only Service. We get the ball rolling, so you can manage the tenancy. We will:

  • Assess current market value, and advertise your property.
  • Conduct showings (evening and weekends by appointment)
  • Accept and process applications
  • Draft and execute leasing documents with approved tenant(s), then
  • Turnover leasing documents and Security Deposit to to you, the owner.

There is no cost to you until a tenant is secured. Please enquire about our very competitive commission schedule. Rest assured there are no hidden fees or surprise charges.
